We’re all thankful for our customers. But do we ever really thank them for their support?
Here are a few thank-you ideas you can implement this year:
- Back-and-forth correspondence with customers can require a lot of their time—thank them for their help. Let them know their time spent with you is valuable and appreciated.
- Send your customers holiday treats (such as cookies or company gear), thanking them for their business.
- Offer a free service or a discount. This is a great token of your care for your customers.
- If an order has delays, let the customer know and thank them for their patience. It’s always better to know of delays upfront, rather than finding out afterwards.
