Ergonomic, Efficient, and Enjoyable Order Picking
The Pick2Cart™ offers electric height adjustability of up to 26″ by simply pressing a button. This picking cart helps to increase ergonomics and eliminate heavy lifting for order picking, popular within distribution centers and retail stores. Together the shelves can be adjusted to the height of a conveyor system or shelf to easily offload totes.
The unique dual-shelf design of this picking cart allows users to efficiently pick for two orders within a single trip or up to twice the capacity of a single-tote cart.
The tote on the top shelf can be slid forward to reveal an opening through the shelf, allowing the picker to place orders through the opening directly into the bottom tote, while still easily placing items into the top tote.
The bottom shelf design includes a top support rail that allows the tote to become a drawer that can be slid out to load larger items without tipping.
