The LTW RCT Cart adds mobile height adjustability to your material handling, enabling operators to adjust the height of their loads with the simple touch of a button. The cart’s height adjustability is provided by LTW’s standard electric actuator system and battery, allowing your team to use the cart significantly in between charges.

Q: How much weight can the RCT Cart lift?
A: The standard LTW RCT Cart can lift a central static load up to 400lb, but can be customized to lift 900lb+! If the standard RCT Cart doesn’t include enough lift for your application, let us know your application and lift needs in a quote request.

Rapid Change Technology™
On top of this material handling cart being electrically height adjustable with the touch of a button, its tabletop can be easily removed to be replaced or reattached at a different height level for even greater custom height adjustability.
This system creates improved workplace efficiency. With its patent pending cart tabletop connection, only one person is needed to replace the cart tabletop or change its bolt height.
1. Remove four bottom bolts. This frees up the hooks that are resting on the top two bolts. The cart tabletop will not fall off, but can now be easily lifted off the cart skeleton by just one operator.
2. Remove tabletop and replace it with a different tabletop. Your company might stock this new tabletop with different materials or tools that the first wasn’t stocked with.
