Industrial Height Adjustability
The LTW E4 Base is height adjustable with the simple push of a button. Our industrial electric actuator system features up to 12 inches of travel and 2200lb of lift, allowing operators to select their perfect working height for heavy machinery and tasks.
Unlike hydraulic lift systems, which can create dangerous leaks and fully collapse upon failure, LTW electric actuators safely and consistently lift the work, without any risk of leaking or collapsing.
Common E4 Base Uses
Machine Tending: Adjustable bases enable operators to choose their perfect working height for loading and offloading parts from heavy machinery.
Assembly Fixtures: Height adjustment allows people to maintain proper working posture during repetitive assembly tasks on heavy parts.

A: The LTW E4 Base has a lift capacity of 2200lb (central static load) to support heavy industrial fixtures, machinery, and workstations with smooth electric height adjustment.

Q: Can I add the “LC” (levelers + casters) feature to an E4 Base?
A: Yes! In your quote request, select “LC: Leveling Feet + 5″ Casters” to add this feature (as described in detail on the E2LC Base page) to your E4 Base.
