GTR Tilt Roller Stand

The tilted roller table is held at a 45-degree angle while packing boxes and packages. Once complete, simply press the table surface down, and the package can be easily pushed to the next step in your packing and shipping process, with the help of smooth rolling ball transfers.

The four legs of the GTR Stand are manually adjustable with a pin system so you can customize the table height for your workspace. For portability, choose 5″ Swivel Locking Casters, and for use in a more permanent location, opt for Leveling Feet.

Q: What box weight can the GTR Stand support?
A: The GTR Stand can hold up to 100lb boxes, depending on the gas strut option selected. Choose the 9416K19-20 Gas Strut for box weights up to 30lb (up to 60 if the weight is mostly below the center of the tabletop), or choose the 9416K19-30 Gas Strut for box weights 50-100lb.
Q: I don’t need rollers. Can I purchase the GTR Stand without them?

Tilt Strength Options
The GTR Stand’s tabletop is held in a tilted position by a gas strut, which compresses under weight to allow the tabletop to flatten horizontally. Make sure your GTR Stand is perfect for your application by choosing the right gas strut for the amount of weight you plan to place on it.
- 9416K19-20 Gas Strut – Standard option. Works best for most packing applications.
- If the weight placed on the GTR Stand is evenly distributed across the tabletop, LTW recommends using this option for loads up to 30lb.
- If the weight is mostly below the center of the tabletop, this can be used for weights up to 60lb.
- 9416K19-30 Gas Strut – Recommended for tabletop-sized packages of 50lb – 100lb.
