Height Adjustable Order Picking Cart

Order picking, often in distribution centers and warehouse facilities, is a highly physically demanding job. It requires pickers to be moving, reaching, picking up, and pushing carts for long shifts. With things hard to reach, and transferring of totes requiring more heavy lifting, companies can quickly see fatigue, injury, and employee turnover.

Optimize your order picking with height adjustable picking carts. The LTW Pick2Cart™ is industrially battery-powered, offering height adjustability of up to 26″ by simply pressing a button. Shelves can be adjusted to the height of a conveyor system or shelf to easily offload totes.

While many organizations utilize a single-shelf cart system, opt to double your cart’s capacity by selecting the dual shelf option. This allows a picker to collect items for shipment for two separate orders at the same time, boosting efficiency and reducing the amount of walking needed of pickers.

With the dual shelf option, the tote on the top shelf can be slid forward to reveal an opening through the shelf, allowing the picker to place orders through the opening directly into the bottom tote, while still easily placing items into the top tote. The bottom shelf design includes a top support rail that allows the tote to become a drawer that can be slid out to load larger items without tipping.

The collapsible staircase on the Pick2Cart™ enables people to easily pick items for shipment from tall warehousing shelves, and folds into the cart when ready to move.
