Height Adjustability for
Industrial Workplaces
The LTW RCT Workstation is height adjustable with the simple push of a button. Our industrial electric actuator system the features up to 12 inches of travel, allowing operators to select their perfect working height.
The rear-docking trolley enables industrial workplaces to establish a kitting system for quick change-out of materials. When one trolley of parts has been fully used, simply replace it with a fully loaded trolley and continue working without downtime.
Docking Trolley Options
The back end of the RCT Workstation is open for quick and easy trolley movement and replacement, streamlining production processes like assembly and manufacturing.
When the trolley is docked, it becomes a part of the entire workstation. As an operator raises the workstation with the touch of an electric button, the whole workstation and docked trolley is raised so that the trolley contents are available at every custom workstation height. To undock a trolley (to load with more parts or replace with a pre-filled one), simply lower the workstation all the way to the ground and push down on the trolley handlebar to unlock it from the workstation.
Robot Trolley
Expand your robot’s usability around your plant by putting it on wheels. While robots or “cobots,” collaborative robots, (not provided by LTW) can come with a seemingly high price tag, your company does not have to be limited to using them at only one station each. With LTW’s Cobot Trolley, a collaborative robot can be easily moved around your plant for maximum use of it for your various needs. It can be docked to any LTW RCT Workstation, or your existing tables and machines using our “RDS” Rapid Dock System.
All of the robot components have their own dedicated locations on the trolley, making transportation of the entire cobot system quick and simple. The control box is secured by custom mounting brackets, and cable winding brackets provide stress-free cable management.
Shelfie™ Trolley
Use shelves to hold tools, parts for assembly, completed pieces, or anything specific to the needs of each job or department. Once a trolley is filled or emptied, it can be easily carted around the plant safely on locking swivel casters, and swapped out for a new trolley. Each shelf’s angle is easily customizable to maximize the workplace ergonomics specific to each user.

Dual Trolley Option
