Standard Product FAQs

What payment options do I have? 
After selecting “Proceed to checkout,” you have a few options:

  • Credit Card Payment: Pay online at the time of order.
  • Business Check: Send to our headquarters: LTW Ergonomic Solutions, 311 S Paw Paw St, Lawrence, MI 49064
  • ACH Payment: Our finance department will contact you to coordinate this after placing your order online with this option selected.

How are shipping costs paid? 
Shipping is billed separately at the time of shipment. We offer freight scheduling, but you are welcome to use your preferred shipping method.

How soon will I get my LTW product?
The standard lead time for standard products is 4-6 weeks. Expediting is available at times, per manufacturing availability. If you are interested in expediting, please call us at 1(269) 674-8877 to discuss availability.

Do I have to assemble my LTW product when I receive it?
Nope! Our products ship fully-assembled and ready to use.

Is my LTW product covered by a warranty? 
Yes! Your product will come with a limited lifetime structural warranty. We also offer a one-year parts replacement on non-structural components. Simply keep the original LTW nameplate on the product, and you will be covered.
