RCT-SL Side Load System
Use the RCT-SL Side Load System, a height adjustable industrial workstation with a height adjustable side-docking cart, for fast side change-out of heavy parts.
Efficiently assemble heavy items, quickly changing them out without heavy lifting at the same workstation. This system allows you to quickly and effortlessly slide a universal pallet holding your materials from the height adjustable cart to the workstation (with optional tilting feature), one at a time, until the entire cart of materials is finished and wheeled away.
Part Change-Out with No Lifting
With the RCT-SL Side Load System, pre-fill the Side Load Cart with multiple heavy materials and parts for work. Dock the cart onto the side of the workstation, then independently adjust the height of the cart to offload the materials/parts pallet at a height level with the workstation. The individual pallets are held securely to the cart when moving the cart around your workplace.
Once the operator is finished with the first pallet’s contents, they can slide it back onto the cart, adjust the cart so that a new pallet lines up with the workstation, and continue working without any heavy lifting or inefficiencies.
Easy Heavy Parts Handling + Optional Tilting Tabletop
When all of the items on the cart have been used or assembled, the cart can then be moved independently of the workstation and replaced with a full cart carrying more products or materials.
LTW’s height adjustable E4 Workstation included in this system allows operators to select the perfect working height for their project. Choose an optional tilting tabletop to adjust the tilt angle of your work.
