OSHA-Compliant Ergonomics
The Fixed Step Platform is one of LTW’s industrial electrically height adjustable operator platforms that raises and lowers with the touch of a button.
In contrast with the Adjustable Steps Platform (Gen II), the Fixed Step staircase does not automatically adjust with the platform. Instead, the step remains in a fixed position, and the platform only raises a distance that is in alignment with OSHA standards for step height.
This platform is ideal for workplaces where the platform is crowded with other machinery or fixtures, and there’s no room for an adjustable staircase to move in and out.

It can then be pushed up to the platform, and adjusted in height to meet the platform operator’s perfect ergonomic height for component picking and loading. The Pick2Cart™ also features anti-collision Piezo technology to help protect against possible pinch points.
